Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way and are covered by this policy.

Cookies set by this website

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If it sets any cookie of its own, that cookie is strictly necessary for the site to work and is not used to identify or track you.

The booking form on our booking page

Our home page and booking page embed the online booking form of Dever Software Ltd, the company that provides our booking system. The form is loaded from dispatch.deversoftware.com.

Dever Software may set its own cookies, or use similar technology, when the form loads or when you use it. These are controlled by Dever Software, not by us. See Dever Software's privacy notice for details.

Why there is no cookie banner

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for do not need your consent. Because this website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, it does not show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before setting such cookies and update this policy.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block cookies from dispatch.deversoftware.com, the booking form may not work. You can still book by telephone on 01843 247247 or by email to booking@expresstravelkent.co.uk.
